D10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing your use of the d10 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Understanding and Accepting These Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d10 platform â including the website, mobile application, and related services â you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and d10 as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to use d10's services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to have been registered by a minor will be closed immediately.
D10 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via a platform notice when significant changes occur. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of d10's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the details submitted during registration are truthful. d10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Users who attempt to circumvent this restriction using third-party information will be subject to the same action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the d10 support team. Please use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
Account Suspension and Closure
D10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, unlawful use, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to recover any account balance associated with the violating activity.
User Responsibilities and Platform Prohibitions
As a d10 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You may not use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities that could compromise the safety of other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d10 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the functionality of d10's systems or servers.
- Impersonating another user or providing false information to d10.
- Using another person's account without their authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and potential legal action by d10 at our sole discretion.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the d10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). d10 supports a range of locally popular payment methods available in Malaysia, including online banking and approved digital wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Deposits made into a d10 account are subject to processing by third-party payment providers. d10 is not liable for delays or failures caused by external payment service providers. Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with d10's security procedures. d10 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected. All taxes or transaction-related charges imposed by authorities or financial service providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
Account balances that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to d10's inactive account policy. Users are advised to contact support if they plan to be away from the platform for an extended period of time.
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
D10 Limitation of Liability
D10 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, the accuracy of its information, or its fitness for any particular purpose. d10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
D10's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user into their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, subject to the limits permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the d10 platform â including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software â is the property of d10 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without express written permission from d10.
Third-Party Links
The d10 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. d10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
D10 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of our terms.
Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the d10 platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such a notice has been published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
